5:30 - 6:30 pm: Pre-Boarding Dock Party
6:30 - 10:30 pm: Cruise the Intracoastal
10:30 pm: After Party at Aizia
Attire
White clothing is not mandatory to come aboard the yacht and enjoy the evening; but it is encouraged that guests wear white to support this year's theme.
Parking: (free! but heed these rules!)
The free parking is across the street from the Westin Diplomat in public garages. Upon entering the garage, as usual take your white ticket -- don't lose it! At the SFIMA registration desk on the dock, you will be given a blue ticket -- don't lose it! When you leave the garage, put your white ticket into the machine, then put your blue ticket in the machine. Voila! The gate will open! Note: If you valet park at the hotel, then your blue parking voucher will not be honored. )
Registration:
All attendees must pick up their badges at the registration tables on the dock. Wear them throughout the evening to facilitate your networking and letting people know your affiliation. At registration you will be receiving a free drink ticket - sponsored by Sitecore - and your blue parking ticket, which assures that you'll be parking for free. See Parking above for details.)
Buffet Dinner:
Your registration badge will indicate whether you will be dining at the 1st or 2nd seating and your assigned table number. The 1st seating will dine at 7pm; and the 2nd seating will dine at 8:30pm. Hors d'oeuvres will be available.
After Party:
Check in with Foursquare and let your buddies know that you're partying at Aizia at a SFIMA event!
At the After Party, SFIMA will be raffling a 'high tech' original painting. Winner must be present to receive the painting.
Goodie Bags:
All goodie (a.k.a. schwag) bags will be distributed when you go into Aizia for the After Party. Many of the sponsors below have contributed their favorite "goodies."
Scholarship Fund:
This year a portion of the proceeds will be going to Nova Southeastern University.
